Warranty R & B will seek warranty reimbursement on behalf of the owner of the equipment from the manufacturer of the equipment. Client acknowledges that all warranties are an agreement between the owner of the equipment and the manufacturer. If the manufacturer declines warranty payment to R & B, Client accepts responsibility for all charges by R & B for the repair or installation work performed.. You will need your model number, serial number and or date of install. If these are not available, you will then need to get a date of purchase or a date of occupancy. In the event a call is determined to be covered under warranty, the manufacture will usually ship parts ground at no cost for the end user. In the event an end user determines they can not wait for the parts to ship ground the end user will be liable for all freight charges incurred Ground shipments in general are 5 to 7 business days
